CVM Launches Public Consultation to Enhance Capital Market Access

CVM launched a public consultation on proposed rules for the FÁCIL regime (Facilitation of Capital Access and Listing Incentives). The consultation remains open until December 6.

The experimental period following the consultation will validate whether to maintain or revoke the regime and guide potential adjustments.
